Role Overview:
The Store Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure efficient financial management, and drive sales growth while maintaining superior customer service. This role requires a blend of store management skills and accounting proficiency to maintain seamless business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Store Operations Management – Oversee daily operations, optimize store layout, and ensure an excellent customer experience.
Accounting & Financial Oversight – Handle accounts payable/receivable, maintain financial records, and generate reports.
Inventory & Supply Chain Control – Manage stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, and conduct inventory audits.
Sales & Customer Engagement – Drive sales performance, build client relationships, and resolve customer queries.
Team Leadership – Train, mentor, and supervise store staff to maintain efficiency and professionalism.
Compliance & Reporting – Ensure adherence to company policies, financial regulations, and store safety standards.
Who We Are Looking For:
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in retail store management with an accounting background.
Skills: Strong leadership, financial acumen, and proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, or QuickBooks.
Mindset: Detail-oriented, analytical, and customer-centric with a problem-solving attitude.
