About the Role
We're looking for a sharp, driven individual to join da Salon in a dual capacity — representing our platform to beauty businesses and ensuring our software meets the highest quality standards. If you enjoy talking to people as much as you enjoy testing software platform, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
- Call and (visit, if required) salons, spas, barbershops, and parlours to pitch da Salon's platform, conduct live demos, and close onboarding
- Execute system and functional testing of the da Salon platform — logging bugs, validating fixes, and maintaining test records
- Coordinate with the product team to report field feedback and platform issues

- Comfortable using and demonstrating technology platforms
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Self-motivated with a high-effort, ownership-driven attitude
- Prior experience in sales, software testing, or a tech-adjacent role is a plus
Compensation
Fixed salary + performance-based incentives for sales conversions
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Kolkata, West Bengal
