Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities and ensure smooth operations. This is a great opportunity for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience to start their career in manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
➤ Supervise daily production operations on the shop floor
➤ Ensure production targets are met on time
➤ Maintain quality standards and minimize errors/wastage
➤ Coordinate with workers and other departments for smooth workflow
➤ Monitor machine performance and report issues
➤ Maintain production records and reports
➤ Ensure safety and discipline in the workplace
Skill Requirements:
➤ Basic knowledge of MS Excel & MS Word
➤ Good communication and coordination skills
➤ Problem-solving ability
➤ Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks
➤ Willingness to learn and adapt
Qualification:
Minimum 10th/12th pass / Diploma / Graduation (preferred)
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
