Key Responsibilities :-
- Assist the Manager with preparing and reviewing healthcare-related legal documents.
- Maintain and organize legal records, contracts, and compliance documentation.
- Support contract management for vendors, consultants, and service providers.
- Conduct legal and regulatory research related to healthcare laws and policies.
- Coordinate with hospital departments on legal and compliance matters.
- Track legal cases, notices, claims, and regulatory deadlines.
- Assist in handling patient-related legal requests and documentation.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive patient, employee, and organizational information.
- Support audits, accreditation, and regulatory compliance activities.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and meeting documentation for the legal department.
Required Skills & Qualifications:-
- Associate's or bachelor's degree, preferably in law, legal studies, or a related field.
- Legal assistant or paralegal certification (preferred in some organizations).
- Experience in a law firm, legal department, or related environment.
- Proficiency with legal research tools and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
