Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain customer satisfaction.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office.
- Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries patiently and professionally.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
