Telecalling Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers/leads for follow-ups, inquiries, or information sharing
- Handle inbound calls and resolve basic customer queries
- Explain company products/services clearly and professionally
- Maintain proper call records and follow-up details
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer requirements
Back Office Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update data in Excel/CRM/software
- Prepare reports, MIS, and daily call summaries
- Handle documentation, emails, and internal coordination
- Support sales/operations team with backend work
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of records
