Role: Site Execution & Billing Engineer (Commercial Building)
Location: Byculla, Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
- Site Execution: Supervising daily civil construction work as per drawings and managing labor/subcontractors.
- Billing & Measurement: Preparing Client RA Bills, Subcontractor bills, and maintaining Measurement Books (MB).
- Material Management: Reconciliation of steel, cement, and other materials to control wastage.
- Site Welfare: Ensuring labor amenities like clean drinking water and site safety.
Requirements:
- B.E./Diploma in Civil Engineering with 3–7 years of experience in Commercial buildings.
- Expertise in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and Billing software.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
