Our founder is a TEDx speaker, Consultant of the Year 2023, and MMA Global Awards jury member. We have 50 plus engagements across South India and a documented methodology that guides every client relationship.We are expanding into Hyderabad and Bangalore and we are looking for one person per city.
The Role
You will be the first Magsmen voice in your city. You will build a network of founders and decision-makers, identify the ones who have a real problem and the readiness to solve it, and convert those conversations into consulting engagements.This is not about volume. It is not about cold calling 80 people a day. It is about finding the right ten conversations per month, having them at a high level, and closing the ones that deserve to be closed.
Our entry engagement is priced at INR 50,000. Advisory retainers begin at INR 1,50,000 per month. Brand creation engagements go up to INR 9,00,000. You earn 10 to 12 percent of every engagement you close, with no ceiling. Sustained performance converts this to a base retainer plus commission structure within 90 days.*Who This Role Is For*You have sold professional services, consulting, or high-value advisory to founders or senior decision-makers. Not products. Not insurance. Consulting. You know the difference between a sales conversation and a strategic conversation, and you are comfortable leading the latter.You are disciplined about follow-through and honest about pipeline. You do not chase leads that should be disqualified. You operate independently without needing daily oversight. You are based in Hyderabad or Bangalore and you already know people worth talking to.
Who This Role Is Not For
If your background is entirely in transactional sales, territory management, or any category where price and availability drive the decision, this is not the right fit. If you need a guaranteed fixed income before you have demonstrated what you can build in a new market, this is not the right time.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
