Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Tender Executive with exposure to Government tendering in the IT Infrastructure/System Integration domain. The candidate will be responsible for identifying tenders, preparing documentation, coordinating with internal teams and OEMs, and managing the complete tender submission process.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify relevant tenders from GeM, CPPP, and state-level e-procurement portals.
- Prepare complete tender documentation, including eligibility, technical compliance, and legal documents.
- Coordinate with Sales and Pre-Sales teams to understand RFP requirements.
- Validate technical specifications using OEM datasheets.
- Coordinate with OEMs/vendors for pricing and supporting documents.
- Prepare commercial bids and ensure timely submission.
- Handle EMD/BG documentation, bid uploads, clarifications, and follow-ups.
- Maintain a tracker of active, submitted, and awarded tenders.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Government tendering (IT/SI domain preferred)
- Strong knowledge of RFP/RFQ documentation and tender compliance
- Basic understanding of IT Infrastructure products – Network, Server, Storage, Firewall
- Hands-on experience with GeM, CPPP, and e-procurement portals
- Strong documentation and MS Office skills
