We are seeking a Founding Production Partner who is passionate about content creation, storytelling, podcasting, and media production.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Podcast Production
- Plan and execute multi-camera podcast shoots
- Manage studio setup and production logistics
- Ensure high-quality audio and video output
- Handle lighting, framing, and technical production requirements
Post Production
- Edit long-form podcast episodes
- Audio enhancement and mastering
- Color correction and visual optimization
- Motion graphics and episode packaging
- Intro and outro production
Short-Form Content Creation
- Create Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts
- Produce promotional snippets and highlight clips
- Develop platform-specific content formats
- Repurpose long-form content into engaging short-form assets
Creative Direction
- Contribute ideas for visual storytelling
- Help define the content presentation style
- Support brand consistency across platforms
- Collaborate on audience engagement strategies
Growth & Expansion
- Participate in strategic discussions
- Support sponsor-ready content production
- Help establish scalable production systems
- Contribute to long-term platform growth
IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in video production and editing
- Access to professional production equipment or studio facilities
- Understanding of YouTube, podcasts, and digital content ecosystems
- Strong creative and storytelling skills
- Ability to think strategically and contribute beyond execution
- Passion for building meaningful content platforms
