Raksham is looking for dedicated and compassionate General Duty Assistants (GDAs) to provide quality healthcare support services to patients at home and healthcare facilities. The role involves assisting patients with daily care activities, ensuring comfort, safety, and maintaining a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide basic patient care and assistance as per assigned requirements.
- Assist patients with daily activities such as mobility, personal hygiene, feeding, and basic support.
- Monitor and report patient conditions, discomfort, or any changes to the concerned supervisor/family member.
- Assist nurses/doctors during patient care activities whenever required.
- Maintain patient comfort, safety, and dignity.
- Follow healthcare hygiene and safety protocols.
- Maintain proper communication and coordination with Raksham’s team.
Qualification
- Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass preferred
- Certification in GDA / Nursing Assistant / Patient Care Assistant course will be preferred.
- Basic understanding of patient care and healthcare practices.
Experience
- Freshers with relevant training may apply.
- Prior experience as a GDA, Patient Care Assistant, Nursing Assistant, Caregiver, or Hospital Attendant will be preferred.

- Compassionate and patient-friendly attitude.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle elderly, recovering, or dependent patients.
- Willingness to work on flexible assignments based on patient requirements.
- Basic knowledge of hygiene and patient safety practices.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and responsible.
Payment Structure
- Payment will be provided on a service assignment basis.
- Compensation will depend on the nature, duration, and requirement of the assigned service.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
