Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Success Executive to handle inbound and warm leads, conduct product demonstrations, and onboard new clients. The role involves client meetings, relationship management, and driving repeat usage of the platform across Delhi NCR. Reports into the Customer Success Lead.
Responsibilities
- Take inbound and warm leads and run product presentations/demos — by call or by visiting the prospect's office
- Onboard customers and get key people live on the platform, including the first transaction
- Maintain strong client relationships
- Increase repeat usage — credit-pack top-ups, dormant account re-engagement, account expansion
- Coordinate with internal teams (including Notarization) for smooth service delivery
- Maintain accurate records and follow-ups in CRM
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in Customer Success / Account Management / Onboarding / Post-Sales Support
- Graduate in any stream; MBA preferred
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable with field visits across NCR
- Must own a two-wheeler for client visits
- Hindi & English fluency required
