Key Responsibilities
- Deliver specialized nursing care as per department protocols.
- Assist doctors during surgeries, procedures, and emergency interventions.
- Monitor patients, administer medications, and maintain accurate nursing documentation.
- Ensure patient safety, infection control, and adherence to NABH standards.
- Operate and maintain department-specific equipment.
Requirements
- GNM / B.Sc. Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing.
- Valid Maharashtra Nursing Council (MNC) registration.
- Experience in OT, Cath Lab, ICU, or NICU is mandatory.
- Strong clinical knowledge, communication skills, and willingness to work rotational shifts.
