About the Role
Eighth Fold Circle Private Limited is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive business growth in the healthcare and therapy equipment segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business opportunities and partnerships in the healthcare and therapy equipment industry.
- Manage both field sales and in-house sales teams.
- Handle online and offline leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and closures.
- Prepare and present sales reports, closure reports, and performance updates to management.
- Build strong client relationships and expand channel partner networks.
- Achieve assigned revenue targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of proven experience as a Sales Manager (experience in healthcare, medical devices, or therapy equipment preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and reporting skills.
- Experience in lead management, sales conversion, and customer relationship management.
- Willingness to travel across regions for business development opportunities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
