Position: Export API Sales Executive– Support Role

Avik Pharmaceutical is looking for a candidate to support its export API sales and international business-development activities. The person will work closely with the export-sales team to ensure that opportunities, customer requirements, quotations, samples, registrations and follow-ups move properly from enquiry to order.
Role purpose
To strengthen the export sales function by customer follow-up, commercial coordination, market intelligence and internal execution—so that senior sales persons can spend more time building relationships and closing business.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain a live enquiry, sample, quotation, registration and order pipeline tracker.
- Follow up with customers on quotations, samples, documentation, trial orders and pending decisions.
- Track country-wise and customer-wise opportunities, competition, pricing indications and demand trends.
- Maintain visit reports.
- Participate in trade fairs, customer meetings and international travel when required.
Candidate profile
- Graduate in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Science, International Business or a related discipline. MBA in Marketing / International Business will be an advantage.
- Strong Excel, presentation and tracker-management skills.
- Organised, persistent and able to follow matters through without needing repeated reminders.
