Front Office Executive: Role Overview
A Front Office Executive manages reception duties, handles visitor interactions, and supports administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests professionally
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls
- Manage the reception area (clean, organized, presentable)
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and courier services
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
- Provide basic information about the company to visitors
- Coordinate with different departments when required
- Handle administrative tasks like filing, data entry, and record keeping

Educational Qualification

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
