Digital Marketing Strategist
About the Role
At Messold Technologies, we're looking for a Digital Marketing Head who can develop, execute, and present data-driven marketing strategies for e-commerce and D2C brands. You'll work closely with D2C clients to identify growth opportunities, build performance-focused campaigns, optimize digital marketing initiatives, and deliver measurable business results across multiple digital channels.

Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing & Growth
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and profitability for e-commerce brands.
- Plan, optimize, and scale paid marketing campaigns across major digital advertising platforms.
- Continuously test audiences, creatives, campaign structures, and bidding strategies to maximize performance.
- Identify growth opportunities through data analysis, funnel optimization, and budget allocation.
- Stay updated with platform updates, industry trends, and emerging digital marketing practices.
Digital Marketing Strategy
- Build comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with each client's business objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior to recommend growth opportunities.
- Create customer acquisition, retention, and sales funnel strategies that improve overall marketing performance.
- Recommend improvements across paid marketing, website experience, and customer journey.
Search Marketing
- Support paid search initiatives by contributing to campaign planning, keyword strategy, and performance optimization.
- Ensure paid search efforts complement broader digital marketing objectives.
Social Media Strategy
- Develop social media strategies that strengthen brand awareness and support business growth.
- Recommend content pillars, campaign ideas, and engagement strategies aligned with marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure consistent brand communication across platforms.
Client Communication
- Present digital marketing strategies, campaign plans, and performance insights to clients.
- Build strong client relationships through proactive recommendations and strategic guidance.
- Translate performance data into actionable business recommendations.
Reporting & Analytics
- Monitor campaign performance using marketing analytics tools.
- Analyze key metrics including ROAS, CPA, CTR, Conversion Rate, and customer acquisition costs.
- Prepare performance reports and recommend optimization opportunities.
Collaboration
- Work closely with creative, content, and account management teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- Provide strategic direction for campaign creatives and landing page improvements.
Qualifications & Skills
- 3-4 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably within a digital marketing agency.
- Has worked with Indian D2C E- Commerce Brands
- Strong hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid digital advertising campaigns.
- Good understanding of search advertising and integrated digital marketing strategies.
- Experience working with e-commerce or D2C brands.
- Familiarity with Shopify, Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and reporting tools.
- Strong understanding of audience targeting, campaign optimization, conversion tracking, and marketing funnels.
- Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple brands in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
