Company Brief:
Phoenix Business Advisory is a fast-growing consulting firm specialising in business migration and global expansion services across countries like the USA, Australia, New Zealand, and UAE, providing end-to-end advisory for international business setup and mobility.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
- Pitch company services effectively to prospective clients interest
- Generate and manage leads through various channels including databases, references, and
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable business migration solutions
- Conduct outbound calls (including cold calling) to engage potential clients and generate
- Follow up with leads and nurture them through the sales funnel
- Schedule consultations and meetings for the senior sales team
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and sales pipeline
- Handle client queries and objections with professionalism
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and conversion targets
- Ensure a smooth and positive client experience throughout the sales cycle
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless onboarding of clients
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and convincing skills (English +Gujarati preferred)
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Basic understanding of sales and lead generation
- Confidence in cold calling and handling rejections
- Target-oriented and self-motivated mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM tools is an advantage
- Active listening and problem-solving skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (BBA/MBA preferred)
- 1 - 3 year of experience in sales, telecalling, or business development.
- Prior internship or exposure to sales/calling roles will be anadded advantage
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
