Job Title: Marketing Executive (Field Sales)

Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to generate new business opportunities and expand our customer base in the Doors & Windows industry. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills with a strong passion for field sales, customer relationship management, and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, and market research.
- Visit builders, architects, interior designers, contractors, fabricators, and corporate clients to generate enquiries.
- Promote the company's Doors, Windows, and related products to potential customers.
- Generate leads from various sources including site visits, references, and existing customer networks.
- Conduct product presentations and explain technical specifications to clients.
- Prepare quotations and follow up regularly to convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the estimation, production, and installation teams for smooth project execution.
- Update customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Monitor competitors' activities, market trends, and pricing strategies.
- Collect customer feedback and provide suggestions to improve products and services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant discipline
- Experience in Aluminium Windows, uPVC Windows, Glass, Building Materials, Construction, Hardware, Interior Products, or related industries is preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
