We are hiring for the position of Department Manager at our Franchisee store, Easybuy – A Division of Landmark.
Candidates who are graduates and up to 30 years of age are eligible to apply.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor product performance and stock levels.
- Prepare staff schedules and supervise performance.
- Train staff and ensure proper grooming and discipline.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper display standards.
- Complete required daily and weekly reports.
- Control stock loss.
- Support smooth daily operations and build strong customer relationships.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
