Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote our brand and products/services. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics across multiple platforms, including social media, email, SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns: Plan, implement, and manage marketing strategies across multiple digital channels (website, social media, search engines, email, etc.).
Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimize website content, structure, and performance to improve rankings on search engines like Google.
Pay-per-click (PPC) advertising: Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.
Email Marketing: Create and manage email campaigns, track performance, and analyze user behavior to improve engagement.
Social Media Management: Develop social media strategies, create content, and manage platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) to engage with the audience.
Content Creation: Work with the content team to produce engaging and relevant content (blogs, videos, infographics, etc.) for the website and other platforms.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar to track campaign performance and generate reports on key metrics.
Brand Awareness: Increase online visibility, brand recognition, and drive traffic to the website via organic and paid methods.
Stay Updated: Continuously research the latest trends, tools, and techniques in digital marketing to stay ahead of industry developments.
Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience in digital marketing (1–3 years for junior roles, or 4+ years for senior roles).
Digital Tools Expertise:
Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar SEO tools.
Proficiency in social media management platforms like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or HubSpot.
Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
Strong Knowledge of SEO & SEM: Solid understanding of on-page and off-page SEO, keyword research, and content marketing.
Creative & Analytical Thinking: Ability to balance creativity with data analysis to measure campaign effectiveness.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for content creation and reporting.
Project Management: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple campaigns at once.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or HubSpot.
Experience in B2B and/or eCommerce digital marketing.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design basics is a plus.
