Hiring – Crew Welfare Executive / Trainee (Fresher)

Location: Sanpada, Navi Mumbai
Office Timing: Monday–Friday | 9 AM to 6 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with seafarers regarding welfare-related requirements and concerns
- Maintain regular communication with crew onboard vessels
- Coordinate with Masters, Ship Managers, Ship Owners and internal departments
- Follow up on crew requests, grievances, medical/welfare matters and other concerns
- Maintain proper records of communications and follow-ups
- Handle communication through email, WhatsApp and telephone
- Escalate urgent or important matters to senior management
- Assist with crew welfare activities and initiatives
- Ensure timely closure of crew-related matters
- Maintain confidentiality and professional communication
Requirements
- Fresher / 0–1 year experience
- Minimum qualification- Graduate
- Good command of English, Hindi & Marathi
- Good telephone and email communication skills
- Pleasant, confident and presentable personality
- Good interpersonal, coordination and follow-up skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel / Email
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to communicate politely with seafarers and senior management
- Genuine interest in building a career in the Marine & Shipping Industry
