We are looking for a motivated and energetic Property Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team in Dehradun.
Requirements:
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Real Estate.
- Must own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler for field visits.
- Should be based in Dehradun.
- Comfortable with field work and client meetings.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and build relationships with property owners and clients.
- Conduct field visits and property inspections.
- Coordinate with customers and assist in property-related transactions.
- Achieve business targets and support company growth.
