Job Title: Structural CAD Drafter
We are looking for a skilled Structural CAD Drafter with experience in structural steel and residential building projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare structural steel detailing, fabrication, and erection drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, Staad Pro or SketchUp.
- Develop 2D drawings and 3D models for commercial, industrial, and residential buildings.
- Prepare drawings for steel structures, staircases, platforms, pipe racks, trusses, handrails, anchor bolt plans, and RC detailing.
- Update drawings based on project requirements and coordinate with clients and project teams.
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in structural steel modeling, checking, and detailing.
- Good knowledge of residential building construction and building codes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Staad Pro and SketchUp.
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
