* Strong knowledge of CNC machining processes and manufacturing practices
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T
* Knowledge of cutting tools, machining parameters, and fixture concepts
* Familiarity with CNC controls such as Fanuc, Siemens
* Understanding of quality inspection instruments including Vernier calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, height gauges, and CMM concepts
* Knowledge of ISO quality systems, TPM, 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and Kaizen
* * Knowledge of Software Programming like Powermill, Mastercam, NX etc. (POWERMILL Preferable)
* Supervise daily operations of CNC machining centers, VMC, VTL and CNC lathes
* Ensure production targets are achieved with optimum machine utilization
* Coordinate first-piece inspection and in-process quality checks
* Monitor tool life
* Train and mentor CNC operators and technicians
* Good leadership, communication, and team management skills
* Willingness to work in rotational shifts when required
* Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment
Pay: ₹11,775.84 - ₹35,229.28 per month
