Position: HR ManagerJob Summary
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead and manage all human resource functions at HealthyHugsHealthcare Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, compliance, performance management, and building a positive workplace culture aligned with the company’s vision and growth plans.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for healthcare, technical, sales, and administrative roles
- Coordinate interviews and onboarding processes
- Develop hiring strategies to attract quality talent
- Maintain recruitment databases and candidate records
Employee Relations
- Foster a positive and professional work environment
- Handle employee grievances and conflict resolution
- Conduct employee engagement activities and team-building initiatives
HR Operations
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee documentation
- Maintain HR policies and employee handbook
- Ensure smooth onboarding and exit formalities
- Handle payroll coordination with accounts team
Performance Management
- Support KPI setting and performance appraisal processes
- Assist department heads in employee development planning
- Identify training and skill development needs
Compliance & Administration
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
- Maintain statutory records and HR documentation
- Coordinate with consultants/vendors for compliance matters
Culture & Organizational Development
- Help build a growth-oriented and employee-friendly culture
- Support leadership in organizational planning and workforce management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
- 3–7 years of HR experience (healthcare/startup experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of HR practices and labor compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management tools
