Biofrost — India's leading cryotherapy cold-therapy pain-relief brand — is hiring an office-based Telesales Executive to grow our B2B doctor channel. If you're a sharp communicator who enjoys building relationships and closing deals over the phone, this role is for you.
WORKING MODEL
- Fully office-based — no field visits, no travel, no on-ground logistics
- Doctor outreach, follow-ups, and order conversion via phone, WhatsApp, and email
- Core focus: turning cold and warm leads into repeat-ordering doctors
FIXED SALARY
₹30,000 – ₹40,000/month (based on experience and interview performance)
EARN MORE AS YOU GROW
On top of your fixed salary, you earn commission on your monthly sales — and the rate climbs as you sell more, from 5% up to 10%. The more you close, the more you take home. Here's what your monthly earnings look like as you hit each milestone (example based on a ₹35,000 base):
- ₹40,000 in sales → ₹2,000 commission → ₹37,000 take-home
- ₹80,000 in sales → ₹4,000 commission → ₹39,000 take-home
- ₹1,00,000 in sales → ₹6,000 commission → ₹41,000 take-home
- ₹1,50,000 in sales → ₹10,500 commission → ₹45,500 take-home
- ₹2,00,000 in sales → ₹16,000 commission → ₹51,000 take-home
- ₹2,50,000 in sales → ₹20,000 commission → ₹55,000 take-home
- ₹3,00,000 in sales → ₹30,000 commission → ₹65,000+ take-home
Strong performers realistically add ₹6,000 – ₹20,000+/month in incentives — taking total monthly earnings to ₹50,000 – ₹65,000+.
