Key Responsibilities
✔ Manage order processing, picking, packing & dispatch
✔ Handle inventory management & stock reconciliation
✔ Process returns, exchanges, RTOs & shipment claims
✔ Coordinate with courier partners & track shipments
✔ Maintain inventory & dispatch reports
✔ Resolve day-to-day warehouse and order-related issues
Requirements
✅ 1–4 years of experience in Ecommerce Warehouse, Inventory, or Order Management
✅ Knowledge of inventory management & courier tracking
✅ Experience with Unicommerce, Shipway, Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, or similar platforms
✅ Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
✅ Strong coordination and multitasking skills
