Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Executive to manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition while overseeing core HR Generalist functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving recruitment, managing the employee lifecycle, supporting HR operations, ensuring compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture. This role requires excellent stakeholder management, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct HR interviews, coordinate interview schedules, negotiate compensation, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Manage onboarding, induction, employee documentation, and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HRMS with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Handle employee confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities, including exit interviews and full-and-final coordination.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and employee benefits administration.
- Support performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback cycles.
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and cultural activities to enhance employee experience.
- Address employee queries and support employee relations by ensuring timely resolution of HR-related concerns.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements while maintaining HR records and documentation.
- Generate and maintain HR and recruitment MIS reports, dashboards, and recruitment metrics for management review.
- Partner with business leaders to support organizational growth, workforce planning, and HR initiatives.
- Continuously improve HR processes and recruitment practices to enhance operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with an MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Generalist functions.
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment across technical and non-technical roles.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee lifecycle management, labor laws, and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS, ATS, and recruitment platforms such as Naukri and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
