About the Role
Ishvek Services Private Limited is looking for a proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online footwear business across various e-commerce platforms and our online sales channels.
The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in the footwear, D2C industry, with practical knowledge of product listing, marketplace operations, inventory management, order processing, and online sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the company's online footwear business.
- Add, update, and maintain footwear product listings, including product titles, descriptions, specifications, images, sizes, prices, and inventory.
- Manage product listings across marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and other e-commerce platforms.
- Create and maintain accurate size charts, product attributes, variation listings, SKUs, and product information.
- Monitor orders, cancellations, returns, exchanges, refunds, and customer-related issues.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order processing, packing, dispatch, and delivery.
- Monitor product inventory and ensure accurate stock availability across different sales channels.
- Regularly check marketplace account health, listing status, suppressed listings, quality issues, and other platform-related problems.
- Assist in improving product visibility, search ranking, conversions, and overall online sales.
- Coordinate with marketing and social media teams for promotions, offers, campaigns, and product launches.
- Upload and optimize product images according to marketplace requirements.
- Identify and resolve issues related to product listings, catalogues, pricing, inventory, orders, and marketplace panels.
- Prepare basic sales, inventory, order, return, and performance reports.
- Analyze online sales data and identify opportunities to improve sales and profitability.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, offers, and marketplace trends.
- Ensure accurate product information and maintain a smooth and positive customer shopping experience.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce operations is mandatory.
- Practical experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho Supplier Panel, or similar marketplace platforms is preferred.
- Knowledge of footwear product listing and catalogue management will be an advantage.
- Experience in managing product variations such as size, colour, design, SKU, and inventory.
- Knowledge of product listing, inventory management, order processing, returns, refunds, and marketplace operations.
- Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
- Good understanding of e-commerce platforms and online sales operations.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of product photography/image requirements for e-commerce platforms.
- Experience in footwear, fashion, apparel, accessories, or D2C business will be an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate
A candidate who is responsible, organized, quick to learn, and understands how an online footwear/e-commerce business operates — from product listing and inventory management to order processing, dispatch, delivery, returns, and sales growth.
The candidate should be comfortable working with multiple marketplace dashboards and should have a strong understanding of day-to-day e-commerce operations.
Pay
₹9,000 – ₹15,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
