Job Title: Flow wrap machine operator

Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and responsible Flow Wrap Machine Operator to join our production team. The candidate should have prior experience operating packaging machines, preferably in biscuits, chocolates or similar food packaging lines. This role involves ensuring smooth machine operation, maintaining packaging quality, and meeting daily production targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor packing machines for efficient production.
- Ensure proper packing of products according to company quality standards.
- Perform routine machine checks and basic maintenance.
- Adjust machine settings for different packaging sizes and materials.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene around the production area.
- Coordinate with the production and quality teams to minimize downtime.
- Record production data and report any machine issues to the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a packing machine operator.
- Experience in biscuit, chocolate or food packaging industry preferred.
- Basic understanding of machine operations and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Basic knowledge of safety and hygiene standards in food manufacturing.
- Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass or ITI preferred.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
