Alegra Communication Pvt. Ltd., a growing Internet Service Provider (ISP) in Goa, is looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Team Lead to lead our field sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, mentoring Field Sales Executives, and driving new broadband customer acquisitions across Goa.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell Alegra broadband services in assigned areas.
- Visit residential societies, apartments, individual homes, shops, and commercial establishments to generate new business.
- Identify prospective customers and generate qualified leads.
- Explain broadband plans, pricing, and ongoing offers to customers.
- Convert leads into new customer connections.
- Collect customer documents and complete the sales process.
- Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure timely installations.
- Maintain daily records of visits, leads, and sales activities.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- HSC/Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in field sales, telecom, ISP, broadband, DTH, FMCG, or direct sales will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving licence.
- Must own an Android smartphone.
- Willing to travel within assigned areas in Goa.
