Job Summary
Hitech controls is looking for an experienced and motivated Sales & Marketing Executive for Front-End Sales in the Instrumentation industry. The candidate will be responsible for customer handling, business development, lead generation, client visits, product promotion, and sales activities related to industrial instrumentation and automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new customer inquiries and business opportunities
- Handle front-end sales activities and customer communication
- Promote instrumentation and automation products to clients
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers
- Visit clients for meetings, presentations, and business development
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and support
- Maintain customer database and sales reports
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Develop long-term relationships with customers
- Support marketing activities and promotional campaigns
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and marketing knowledge
- Customer handling and negotiation skills
- Confidence in interacting with clients
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, MS Office)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Teamwork and time management skills
- Ready to travel for client meetings and marketing activities
Preferred Qualification
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in industrial sales or instrumentation sales preferred
