Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Operations Manager to oversee and
streamline daily operational activities across departments. The ideal candidate will be
responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, project coordination, resource management,
compliance, and timely execution of defense-related projects and field operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise day-to-day operational activities of the organization
Coordinate with technical, procurement, logistics, and project teams for smooth
execution of operations
Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and operational performance
Ensure effective allocation of manpower, resources, and equipment
Develop and implement operational processes, SOPs, and workflow improvements
Handle vendor coordination, inventory management, and operational documentation
Support field deployments and defense project execution activities
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures
Prepare operational reports, MIS reports, and performance analysis for management
Coordinate with government, defense, and client stakeholders whenever required
Identify operational risks and implement corrective actions

Qualification & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
MBA/Operations Management qualification preferred. 4–8 years of relevant operational
management experience. Experience in defense, electronics, technical projects, or
manufacturing industry will be preferred.
