- Mixing and Serving Drinks: Prepare cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes or customer preferences, including garnishing and presentation.
- Menu Development and Creativity: Develop new cocktail recipes, plan drink menus, and stay updated on beverage trends
- Guest Interaction: Greet guests, take orders, provide recommendations, and create a friendly, engaging atmosphere
- Inventory and Stock Management: Take inventory, restock supplies, and ensure the bar is well-stocked with beverages, glassware, and garnishes
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized bar area, wash glasses and utensils, and remove trash
- Team Collaboration: Work with barbacks, waitstaff, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
