*Overseeing daily activities of on-site workers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure everyone is on task.
*Assigning daily duties, managing shift schedules, and adjusting manpower based on project needs.
*Ensuring that materials, tools, and equipment are available, properly maintained, and used efficiently
*Serving as the main point of contact between on-site workers and upper management, project managers, or clients.
