Job Summary
We are looking for an innovative and detail-oriented R&D Executive to develop, improve, and validate hygiene and personal care products. The role involves conducting product research, developing formulations, testing raw materials, supporting product innovation, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with Production, Quality, and Regulatory teams to ensure products meet quality, safety, and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new product formulations and improve existing products.
- Conduct laboratory trials, stability studies, and performance testing.
- Research new raw materials, ingredients, and packaging solutions.
- Evaluate alternative materials for cost optimisation without compromising quality.
- Prepare product specifications and technical documentation.
- Coordinate pilot batch production and product validation.
- Work closely with Quality Assurance and Production teams during scale-up.
- Analyse test results and recommend product improvements.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
- Maintain R&D records, reports, and formulation documents.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor products, and new technologies.
- Support product registration and certification activities.
- Troubleshoot formulation and manufacturing issues.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

- Experience: 1–5 years in R&D, Product Development, or Formulation (FMCG, Personal Care, Hygiene, or Healthcare preferred).
