Job Description
Rajarathnam Construction Private Limited is looking for an experienced and dedicated Engineering candidate to join our construction team in Chennai.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site activities and execution work
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site workers
- Ensure quality control and adherence to project timelines
- Monitor material usage and site progress
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and project management team
- Handle site measurements and billing-related activities
Requirements
- B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction/site execution
- Experience in residential apartment projects preferred
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle site activities independently
- Knowledge in AutoCAD and MS Office is an added advantage
