Role Overview
We are looking for a target-driven Inside Sales Executive with proven outbound sales experience in IT, Software, SaaS, or Licensing. The role involves cold calling, lead generation, client engagement, and closing sales through consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities
· Make outbound calls to generate leads and close sales
· Understand customer requirements and propose suitable IT/software solutions
· Sell SaaS, software products, and licensing services
· Manage end-to-end sales cycle
· Maintain CRM records and track pipeline
· Coordinate with technical team for demos
· Meet and exceed sales targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
· 2–3 years of outbound sales / inside sales experience
· Experience in IT, Software, SaaS, or Licensing sales (mandatory)
· Strong communication and negotiation skills
· Ability to handle cold calling and objections
· Familiarity with CRM tools
· Self-motivated and comfortable in WFH setup
Preferred Skills
· Experience in cloud or Microsoft solutions sales
· B2B sales exposure
· Consultative selling approach
Compensation
Fixed Salary: ₹2.4 LPA to ₹3.0 LPA
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
