To have weekly review with procurement for on time finalization and giving the manufacturing clearance.
- Value Engineering: Utilization of every opportunity to showcase our strong engineering strength and propose value engineering both before and after award of contract.
- Standardization: Ensure high standards of technical deliverable of drawings and data sheet and same to be standardized across region
