- Territory Mapping & Lead Generation: Prospect for new buyers through cold calling, corporate visits, and market mapping within regions like Mulund, Thane, or Navi Mumbai.
- Customer Meetings: Travel to client locations, understand their transportation or fleet requirements, and match them with appropriate vehicle models.
- Product Demonstrations: Provide in-depth explanations of vehicle features, specifications, warranties, and financing options.
- Test Drives & Follow-ups: Schedule and accompany clients on test drives, and consistently follow up with undecided prospects to close sales.
- Deal Closure & Paperwork: Negotiate prices, facilitate loan processing, and complete all necessary purchasing and registration paperwork.
- Reporting: Maintain a daily log of client visits, update leads in the CRM system, and submit weekly sales reports to the Sales Manager.
- Relationship Management: Build rapport with existing clients for referrals and maintain relationships for future trade-ins or upgrades.
