Job Title: PLC Programmer & Panel Wiring – Fresher

Job Responsibilities
- Assist in PLC programming, testing, and troubleshooting for SPM and automation machines.
- Support PLC programming using platforms such as Siemens, Mitsubishi, Delta, Allen-Bradley, etc.
- Understand and modify basic Ladder Logic programs.
- Perform HMI programming and basic configuration.
- Read and understand electrical control panel drawings and wiring diagrams.
- Carry out panel wiring, termination, ferruling, and cable dressing.
- Wire components such as MCB, MCCB, contactors, relays, SMPS, PLC, VFD, sensors, and terminal blocks.
- Assist in I/O checking, machine testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
- Identify electrical wiring and PLC-related issues and support corrective actions.
- Assist senior engineers during machine installation and commissioning at customer sites.
- Maintain proper documentation of wiring, PLC programs, and machine modifications.
- Follow company safety procedures and quality standards.
Required Skills
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical, EEE, ECE, or Electronics & Instrumentation.
- Basic knowledge of PLC, HMI, VFD, sensors, and industrial automation.
- Basic knowledge of electrical circuits and control panels.
- Ability to read electrical drawings.
- Basic knowledge of Ladder Logic is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn PLC programming and automation systems.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to travel for site installation and commissioning when required.

Diploma / BE / B.Tech – EEE / ECE / E&I / Electrical & Electronics
Suitable Candidate
Freshers are welcome. Candidates with basic PLC training, industrial automation certification, or panel wiring knowledge will have an added advantage.
