About the Role:
Vimal Fire Controls Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a responsible and result-oriented Collection Executive to manage customer payment follow-ups, collections, and account coordination. The role involves both office-based coordination and field visits for payment collection and client communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up with customers for pending payments through calls, emails, and visits.
- Visit client locations for payment collection and account reconciliation.
- Maintain collection records and update payment status regularly.
- Coordinate with the accounts and sales teams regarding outstanding payments.
- Prepare daily and monthly collection reports.
- Resolve customer payment-related queries professionally.
- Ensure timely collection as per company targets.
- Maintain good relationships with existing clients.
Required Skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and billing/account statements.
- Ability to handle field visits and client interactions.
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Honest, disciplined, and target-oriented approach.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate or HSC pass candidates can apply.
- Experience in collection, recovery, accounts follow-up, or customer coordination preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered.
- Candidate should be comfortable with office and field work.
