Functional Area – Design & Proposal Engineer
· Converting client requirement into technically sound, cost effective and comparative proposals.
· Techno-commercial bid preparation and RFQ analysis
· FRP equipment design and calculation as per standards
· Process-based material selection and solution design
· BOM preparation and project cost optimization
· Datasheets, drawings, and compliance documentation
· Technical coordination with clients and BDM team
· Ensuring adherence to ASME/ASTM/industry norms
· Design handover and cross-functional execution support
Key Responsibilities – Design & Proposal Engineer
· Prepare detailed techno-commercial proposals for FRP products such as tanks, vessels, scrubbers, ducts, and piping systems.
· Perform design calculations considering mechanical loads, chemical compatibility, and applicable standards.
· Review RFQs, technical specifications, and client requirements
· Develop and review GA drawings, fabrication drawings, and BOQ.
· Coordinate with production, procurement, and sales teams for costing and feasibility analysis.
· Ensure designs and proposals comply with relevant international standards
· Communicate with clients for technical clarifications and value engineering
· Provide support during project execution phase if required
· Able to read tender documents and prepare offer accordingly.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
