Abybaby Events Private Limited is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Digital Marketing Head to lead our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance marketing, team leadership, client management, business strategy, and P&L management.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage the Digital Marketing team.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage Performance Marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, Content Marketing, and Lead Generation.
- Own and manage departmental P&L, marketing budgets, forecasting, and ROI.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize marketing spend for maximum results.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Collaborate with Sales, Creative, and Operations teams to achieve business goals.
- Present performance reports and marketing insights to management.
- Develop processes and improve team productivity.
Mandatory Skills
- Minimum 5 years of Digital Marketing experience.
- Team Management experience is Mandatory.
- P&L Management knowledge is Mandatory.
- Strong expertise in Performance Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Strong knowledge of Digital Analytics, ROI optimization, and campaign reporting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Client handling and stakeholder management experience.
- Client servicing experience will be an added advantage.
- Experience in agency or event marketing will be preferred.
- Strong business acumen with a results-oriented approach.
Requirements
- Own Laptop is Mandatory.
- Work from Office (No Work From Home).
- Available to work Monday to Saturday.
