Key Responsibilities
Compliance & Statutory Requirements
Ensure adherence to labor laws and statutory compliances across retail and corporate
operations.
Handle compliance related to PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment, Minimum Wages,
Bonus, and other applicable labor laws.
Coordinate and maintain statutory registers, records, and documentation.
Liaise with external consultants, auditors, and government authorities for compliance-
related matters.
Support internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of compliance observations.
Monitor vendor and manpower compliance documentation for retail stores and operations.
HR Operations
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Manage attendance, leave records, employee letters, and HR databases.
Coordinate employee confirmations, exits, and full & final settlements.
Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operational activities and policy adherence across locations.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Handle end-to-end recruitment for retail and corporate hiring mandates.
Coordinate interviews, offer rollouts, and joining formalities.
Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and induction processes.
Ensure smooth joining experience and employee integration.
Employee Engagement
Support employee engagement initiatives and retention activities.
Address employee queries and maintain healthy employee relations.
Coordinate training, induction, and culture-building initiatives.
Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
