- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident and result-driven Closing Manager to manage and convert qualified leads into successful property sales. The candidate will play a key role in handling client interactions, conducting site visits, negotiating deals, and ensuring smooth closures in the real estate sales
process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle qualified leads and convert prospects into successful closures
- Conduct client meetings, project presentations, and site visit coordination
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties
- Negotiate pricing, payment plans, and finalize deals
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested clients until closure
- Coordinate with sales, CRM, and documentation teams for smooth processing
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build strong client relationships and maintain customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM regularly
Requirements:
- Experience in Real Estate Sales / Closing preferred
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle clients professionally and confidently
- Target-oriented mindset with closure-focused approach
- Good understanding of real estate sales process and customer handling
