We are looking to hire a Senior Merchandiser with a good knowledge in Karur based Home textile Industry. The candidate must have an experience of 6-7 years.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Managing the team at the designated location.
- Planning and developing merchandising strategies
- Collaborating with buyers, negotiate prices, quantities and time-scales.
- Supervision of sample making, price negotiation, price confirmation, order confirmation.
- Maintaining both Sampling and Production Timelines.
- Keeping a check on the product quality and production control for timely order execution and delivery.
- Taking overall responsibility for inspections.
- Ensuring timely execution of shipments.
- Analyzing customers reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Knowledge about woven fabric.
- Must have good knowledge of Product and Costing.
- Should possess good communication skills.
- Senior Merchandisers must also have a keen eye for detail.
