At DAWN MODELS, we specialize in creating high-end architectural scale models for leading real estate developers, architects, and master planners across India and the Middle East.
We are looking for a 3D Printer Operator with a passion for precision manufacturing and model making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and manage resin and FDM 3D printers.
- Prepare, slice, and optimize files for production.
- Monitor print quality and troubleshoot printing issues.
- Clean, cure, remove supports, sand, and finish printed parts.
- Assist in assembling components for architectural scale models.
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of printers.
- Ensure production targets and delivery timelines are met.
- Work closely with the design and model-making teams.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience operating 3D printers (SLA, MSLA, DLP, or FDM), 3ds Max and Autocad.
- Knowledge of post-processing techniques such as sanding, filling, priming, and painting.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Familiarity with slicing software such as Lychee, Chitubox, Cura, or Bambu Studio.
- Basic understanding of STL / OBJ / 3MF files.
- Experience in architectural model making, product prototyping, or fabrication is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
