Job Summary:
We are hiring a Human Resource Executive (Entry-Level) for a full-time, permanent role. This opportunity is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience who are looking to build a career in HR. The role includes a structured 3-month learning phase with hands-on exposure to core HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment (screening, coordination, follow-ups)
Support HR operations, documentation, and employee records
Coordinate interviews and onboarding activities
Maintain HR databases and MIS reports
Assist in HR compliance and administrative tasks
Learn and implement HR best practices
Eligibility Criteria::
Freshers or up to 6 months of HR experience
Must be an immediate joiner
Willing to work full-time from office (Noida Sector 142)
Strong communication skills and learning attitude
Important Notes:
This is a full-time onsite role (no remote/hybrid)
Not suitable for students, interns, or part-time seekers
Candidates must be able to commute daily
Preference will be given to candidates residing near Noida Sector 142 for ease of commute
